A: Call (800) 677-7995 and our Client Relations Department can assist you with any questions you may have.

Drug Questions:
Q: How long do certain drugs stay in a person's system?
A: Refer to the Drug Detection Period Table.

Testing/Results Question:
Q: What is your turn around time on your testing?
A: Negative test results typically are reported within two days. Positive test results are reported within three days, unless there is a confirmation, in which will typically take five days until reported.

Q: I'm having issues with my labconnect. Who do I contact?
A: Contact the server administrator.

Billing Question:
Q: I need to make a correction to my invoice. Who do I contact?
