SDRL Laboratory is pleased to be able to offer a means of detecting drugs that allows for the use of a sample that is easy to collect and but eliminates the opportunity for adulteration or substitution. The saliva contains amounts of the drugs and their metabolites in concentrations much lower than that seen in urine. However, special testing methods are in place at SDRL Laboratory with sensitivity and specificity to measure the lower levels.
